By installing or using Dryspan you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The app

Dryspan is a free hourly rain forecast app with a Dry Span Finder, saved places, a morning summary and a widget. It is supported by ads.

Forecasts are estimates

Forecasts come from MET Norway and are provided under the CC BY 4.0 licence. Weather forecasts are estimates and can be wrong. Dryspan is not a source of official weather warnings and is not affiliated with MET Norway or any government agency. Do not rely on the app for decisions about safety; follow your national weather service for warnings.

Acceptable use

• Do not reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the app, except where the law allows it.
• Do not use the app to break the law or to infringe anyone's rights.
• Do not interfere with the ads, for example by generating fake clicks or impressions.

Ads and third-party services

The app shows ads from Google AdMob and uses Google Firebase. Their use is described in our Privacy Policy and governed by Google's terms.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that forecasts will be accurate, complete or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or from reliance on a forecast.

Changes and termination

We may update the app or these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
